Born in Windsor, Ontario Canada, Kim’s family soon sought sunnier days relocating to the beautiful island of Fort Myers Beach in 1989. Kim’s family owned and self managed two small hotels on the island and fell in love with hospitality, the people, their families all visiting and making memories in Fort Myers. Kim understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in SWFL, with its unmatched weather, ability to be at the beach or downtown in 20 minutes and family values.

Kim is a proud Florida State University Seminole, and subsequently returned to Fort Myers/Sanibel area to excel in hospitality sales with various resorts as well as Marriott International for over five years. She joined the Real Estate profession as her two children deserved more time with Mom.

Kim and her husband started investing in 2014, owning and self managing annual and seasonal rentals in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral area. She has a phenomenal pulse on the investment opportunities in the area.

In the past 20 years, Kim has become an esteemed professional in the hospitality and sales arena, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. A current South Fort Myers resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in the community.
